We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join a busy foundry environment. This position will serve as a link between customers and our production team. Ensuring that orders, quotes, and ongoing projects are handled accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with current and potential customers, helping them navigate product options, quotes, and technical details. This position requires strong communication skills and an ability to balance customer satisfaction and operational realities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and new inquiries.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns related to production, scheduling, or product quality.
Maintain accurate records of communications, orders, and changes in CRM or ERP systems.
Support the sales team with customer outreach, pricing updates, and order forecasting.
Assist in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
No prior experience required, training will be provided.
